Medicupping VacuTherapies™ uses a machine to create a vacuum affect that lifts and hydrates the muscles and connective tissues, which can improve blood and lymph flow while promoting cellular healing. Other health benefits include clearing old debris, releasing scar tissue, and restricted fascia.

Myofascial Release is a very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure to both muscle (myo) and the surrounding connective tissue (fascia). Myofascial Release is performed directly on the skin without the use of oils or creams. This enables the therapist to accurately detect fascial restrictions and apply the appropriate amount of sustained pressure to facilitate release of the fascia. Myofascial Release allows for greater range of motion and a reduction of pain by allowing blood, lymph, and nerve receptors to work more effectively.

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is subtle, yet profoundly deep work. The focus is on the Cranioscacral system (CSS)- the membrane and fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. By using a soft touch to the client’s skull, face, spine, and pelvis a practitioner releases restrictions in the soft tissues that surround the central nervous system. This calms the nervous system, naturally relieves pain and stress, and strengthens the immune system to improve your resistance to disease.

Reflexology Techniques  Specific reflex areas or points of the feet, hands, and ears correspond to every organ, gland, and system of the body. Applying pressure to those reflex areas will help to normalize organ function and bring balance to the body. This therapy is intended to relieve tension and stress, promote relaxation, boost the immune system, assist in detoxification, reduce aches, and balance the physical and emotional bodies.

Instrumented-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) is a therapeutic technique that uses specific applied instruments to promote mobilization of restricted tissue.

Integrative Therapy incorporates a variety of modalities tailored to each individual client in order to achieve maximum relaxation and therapeutic relief.
